Coil Winding 2010 – thin, low-loss electrical steel sheet in the center of interest

At this year's Coil Winding from June 22 to June 24, C.D. Wälzholz exhibited its extended range of electrical steel sheet products thus presenting further thin electrical steel sheets which meet the constantly increasing requirements when developing highly efficient drives.

The intermediate thicknesses 0.23 / 0.25 / 0.27 / 0.30 mm (NO23 – NO30) complete the hitherto existing grades M250 – 330-35A (0.35 mm thickness) and NO20 (0.20 mm thickness).

As far as drives with high speeds are concerned our thin, low-loss electrical steel sheets are vital in order to achieve high efficiencies, small overall sizes as well as weight reductions for the respective components. The very large interest of visitors to the fair showed us that we are able to optimally support our customers with these grades in developing forward-looking solutions.

Thus CDW contributes considerably to the development of a new generation of performance efficient drive systems excelling by a reduction of energy consumption and emissions.

Our Technical Customer Service will also be happy to assist you and supply you with further information after the Berlin fair.
