From a simple coplanar profile to a complex polygonal profile: we will not only supply the 250 shapes available at present, but are also prepared to manufacture new ones - optimally meeting the requirements of our customers.

Starting with the pre-material, a number of individual production steps are necessary - mainly a combination of heat treatment and profile rolling - in order to produce the requested profile. For the rolling processes we have 2-high, 3-high and 4-high tandem rolling mills as well as optimal measuring methods and a state-of-the-art controlling technology, which can guarantee closest thickness and widths tolerances.

Profiles will always do a good job – as wire rods, wheel bushings or lock rings used as mounting elements in engine and machine construction, as steel edges or as steel push belts in continuously variable transmissions (CVTs). CDW offers the perfect solution for every application and product.
