CDW has a total of three subsidiaries in Asia.
The Service Center in China named Wälzholz New Material (Taicang) Co., Ltd. is 100 % owned by C.D. Wälzholz. It operates as a warehouse and slitting center and is also responsible for distribution of our products.
Taicang Wälzholz – Kern-Liebers New Material Co., Ltd. - is a joint venture between our longterm customer and partner "Hugo Kern und Liebers GmbH & Co. KG" and CDW. This company produces texture rolled steel strip.
Both companies are located in Taicang, an up-coming industrial city north of Shanghai, on a site of 6,000 m². In the mid of 2007 we erected two companies that are equipped with most modern technology in order to serve our customers in China.
Our third company, CDW Asia in Hong Kong, is responsible for sales of all CDW products in Asia including China.
