Plettenberg
In the Plettenberg plant (formerly Brockhaus) SORBITEX and PT band for springs and flat springs as well as other special products with different thicknesses and hardness levels are manufactured.
These products are manufactured in state-of-the-art continuous annealing furnaces and 20-roll mills. They are used in safety belt retraction springs, dog leashes and a number of other everyday products.
The equipment used in the Plettenberg plant allows the production of cold rolled high carbon steel strip with material thicknesses of 0.08 mm to 14 mm (with strictest dimensional tolerances).
Our modern profile rolling mills allow the production of individual profiles up to a rolling width of 150 mm.
